How to Grow
Become a man/woman of the word and prayer.
God said to do two things non-stop;
*Meditate in His word day and night.
*And pray without ceasing.
Turn off, the T.V., the secular music, and turn on the word. read it, listen to it, meditate on it and memorize it.
You cannot have new thinking or a new heart without God's word in your mind. How will you know the mind of Jesus Christ? Philippians 2:5 says, let this mind be in you that was also in Christ.
Prayer is your tool against the devil and your continued fellowship with our King. 1st Thes. 5:17 The Psalms are a perfect place to start. They are known as hymns and prayers.
Reach the lost
Growing in the word of God and your prayer life is key to a healthy, spirit-filled lifestyle. Jesus said the harvest is plenteous, but the laborers are few. It is important to share Jesus with others. Without Jesus, people will perish eternally. The heart of the believer should burn with this passion. If it doesn't, you may need to question your faith.
